Aerial Equipment
Aerial photography and video is captured with the DJI MAVIC 2 PRO and ZOOM drones. The MAVIC 2 PRO drone is equipped with a high-definition Hasselblad L1D-20c Camera with a 1-inch CMOS sensor capable of 4K 10-bit HDR. The camera employs Hasselblad Natural Colour Solution (HNCS) technology to capture high-resolution 20-megapixel aerial footage in stunning color detail. The MAVIC 2 ZOOM has a 1/2.3-inch 12-megapixel sensor with up to 4x zoom capability, including a 2x optical zoom, enabling it to capture dynamic perspectives, including everything from wide angle to mid-range shots for even more creative options.
Photogrammetry and 3D Mapping Software
3D mapping is performed using DroneDeploy photogrammetry software. A simple flight plan can be generated from a computer or remotely from a mobile device. DroneDeploy will then perform a pre-flight safety check followed by a fully autonomous flight, from takeoff to landing. Photos are autonomously captured by the drone. The images are then post-processed into 3D maps, panoramas and progress photos which can be utilized for inspection, measurement and progress tracking. DroneDeploy has best-in-class processing, resulting in survey grade models and professional reports. Acres can be photographed and processed into useful maps and reports in minutes, eliminating work that would typically take hours or days to do on the ground.
Video Equipment
Film, television and other event recordings are captured using the Canon XA30 Professional Camcorder. It includes a genuine Canon 20x High-Definition Optical Zoom lens, an HD CMOS Pro Image Sensor and Wide DR Gamma and Highlight Priority modes to help capture an extended seamless range of colors and tones virtually consistent with how they are seen by the naked eye.
Video Editing and Production Software
Video editing and production is performed on the Apple Mac Pro using Final Cut Pro X editing software. Final Cut Pro enables seamless editing of full resolution 4K or 8K media projects. Its modern engine has been designed to harness the extreme power of the new Mac Pro. This enables editing complex projects with the ability to work with large frame sizes, high frame rates and more effects, all at blazing speeds. It also features modern machine learning to automatically transform widescreen footage into custom sizes for social media.
